How to Use Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel:

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area and rub gently until absorbed. Use no more than three to four times daily.
Children under 2 years of age: Consult a physician before use.
Wash hands with cool water after each application to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
